Resident schedules vary by rotation, responsibility, and patient-care needs, but may combine clinical readiness checks, treatment planning review, chart review, troubleshooting, didactics, and feedback.
- Clinical activities are performed with supervision appropriate to resident progress.
- Morning work may include quality assurance and clinical readiness checks.
- Planning, chart review, conferences, journal club, and mentor feedback support learning.
- Residents are expected to communicate clearly, escalate concerns, and prioritize patient safety.
